Question number 4 answer is laparotomy

1-tension pneumothorax decrease venous return dueto compress on SVC so lead to decrease in cardiac output and cause distended neck vessels
2-30%-40%.. grade three hypovolemia
3-8.. eye open to verbal stimuli =3/extended limb =2/inappropirate speech =3
4-laprotomy
5-CT with contast because there is risk of liver injury so do ct for grading and contrast to show degree of devascularization

\D cardiac tamponade because the low blood pressure and low heart sounds and distended jugular vein Q2\B increase inspiratory rate to 25 may due to anxiety with low pulse pressure and tachycardia Q3\D Q4\D THE PATIENT IS CLINICALLY stable and no need for invasive management so do CT Q5\ A the patient is stable and the CT SCAN with contrast will give asuitable evaluation to the cause
